Returns

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 100 days of receipt if it meets the following conditions:

  1. The product is in its original packaging and includes all parts and components.

  2. The item shows no signs of careless handling or breakage due to misuse.

  3. Hygiene-related products have been thoroughly cleaned before return.

  4. The product was found to be defective upon arrival.

  5. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, they will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the item has been used or damaged due to customer negligence.


How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: support@titanskitchen.com

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • A photo of the product (in case of breakage)

    • Full name

    • Customer address

Important:

  • We will provide you with the correct return address—do not send returns to the sender address.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the following conditions:

A. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Period: You may cancel within 14 days from the day you (or an authorized third party) receive the goods.

Important: Due to our fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after purchase. We cannot stop the shipping process once an order has been placed. Therefore, a refund is not possible until you receive and return the product.

To request a cancellation, contact us via email with a clear statement of your intent to withdraw from the contract. The cancellation is completed once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.


Shipments in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer transit times beyond our control.

  • If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible.

  • Please wait until you receive the product and then proceed with a return.

  • To speed up the return process, we recommend sending us a shipping confirmation once you have returned the item.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract:

  • We will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your withdrawal request and returned goods.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

For cancelled orders (prior to shipping), the refund will reflect the full amount minus non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment provider. Returned orders receive a full refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
